Island Spa & Sauna is a smoke-free environment.Inappropriate, hazardous, and/or illegal materials are prohibited.No alcohol or outside food/drinks are allowed.Island Spa reserves the right to ask customers to leave should they exhibit any form of inappropriate activity, unruly behavior, sexual misconduct, stalking, discrimination, physical violence, profanity, or verbal harassment towards other guests and/or employees.Island Spa reserves the right to deny entrance to any persons with a contagious illness, skin conditions, or any conditions that make others uncomfortable and/or question Health Code regulations and cleanliness.

This includes student/military discount, Night Owl admission, and Groupon.

No admission discounts of any kind are accepted on Family Days and federal holidays unless otherwise noted.

All guests are required to deposit a government photo ID at the front desk in exchange for a locker key.

You will not be able to re-enter once you exit the premises. All other expiration dates on complimentary admission tickets are final. As of January 6th, 2020, the difference between the purchase price of the ticket and the regular charge for that day's admission will be charged. This upcharge does not apply to complimentary admission tickets that are part of the 10-packs of admission passes that have expired.

Any regular admission tickets past their expiration date may be used after paying an upcharge to match the current day's admission price.Admission does not include any spa service or other purchases inside.
